ONE of the most boring treadmill experiences, 40 min and 3.75 miles of wishing i was outside buuuttttt... its only like 5 degrees here, so whatever.
All boredom was thrown out the window when i got home to former arch nemesis the fed ex man, currently my new favorite person, hand delivering my new Brooks Cascadia 6's to my front door.
I obviously haven't run in them yet (tomorrow), but i can already see some huge difference to my current shoe.
MORE TREAD..and for now thats a good thing.
Heavier.. about 4oz heavier than my new balances (promoted for barefoot running) they weigh a whopping 11.2oz. oh boo that sounds heavy (not).
Also the heel drop os less than i expected but like i said i haven't run in them yest so more details tomorrow.
